FAQ
Where are you based and do you travel?
I am based in the Lynchburg/Bedford County area, but I would love to travel to catch your special moments. Message me and we can discuss it!
When will we get our photos?
My current delivery time for standard standard sessions is a week and a half to two weeks. However, these times can change depending on workload and season. I will give you an accurate delivery time depending on the circumstances before a deposit is paid.
How many pictures will we receive?
Amount of pictures included in your session depends on which package you choose. There is always the option to purchase more than your package includes.
Do you require a payment to hold my spot?
Yes. A 30% non-refundable retainer is required at the time of booking for all sessions including weddings. For standard sessions, the remainder is due a week before your session session date. Your retainer does go toward your session fee.
Do you offer payment plans?
Only on wedding packages.
Can I reschedule?
I completely understand that things happen. I can accommodate two free reschedules. If there is a need to reschedule a third time there will be a $10 rescheduling fee.
